Geoff is the trainer to make you sweat (and sometimes cry - in a good way!!!). He'll push you to be someone you never knew you could be! Thanks buddy!

The friendly staff and members makes this gym/rec center memorable. They also just added new cardio machines and in addition to the pool they also have an indoor track, 6 basketball courts. ball pit and more.

Great gym for martial arts

Central location, small but brand new, beautiful, great weights and cardio equipment, immaculate and affordable. Towel service included, saunas, loft in an old building, big windows and lots of natural light, no fluorescents, well stocked with everything you need, friendly, down to earth staff and a reasonable owner/manager who's great with customer service.

Free membership to students as well they offer really good classes from yoga, swimming, pilates, golf, nia, spinning etc. There are women only classes. You can have a good workout in the weight room.
