Nestled between upscale stores in a small Yorkville lane, this boutique is the absolute best place to find the trendiest clothes, handbags, clutches, and shoes. It's very difficult to walk away empty handed!
They carry items from brands that you can't find anywhere else in the city...I bought a jacket there - it's awesome knowing that it's a unique item I won't see anyone else wearing in toronto

Pearls, boas, feathers, lace, and crystals have been a permanent staple in my childhood memory, as it is a permanent staple in the decor and clothing found underneath the crystal chandeliers, Venetian mirrors, and lavish fitting room curtains. One cannot help but be swept away in amazement, and brought back to the days of playing dress up with your mother’s clothing. The store houses classic, vintage styles with its own modern twist.

I finally popped into Fly Girl this past weekend, after more than a year of passing by on my way to the gym. And I'm glad I did - the two salesgirls were very helpful and friendly, without being overly attentive. And the racks held plenty of fun jeans and tops, jackets and sweaters, and tonnes of great accessories. The bags are particularly great and reasonably priced. Also a good selection of hats/scarves/gloves.
I love this place. I almost never leave empty handed. The group of young indie designers that run it are great, as are their wearable creations, and the collective eye they have for the bits of vintage etc. that fill out the offerings (which also include a smattering of arts and crafts in addition to duds and jewellery). The stuff is stylish, well-priced, and you get to support local creative folk!
I always find different but beautiful clothing there. The staff help you and will tell you honestly how something looks on you. A real neighbourhood store.
I think the strengths of this store is the Great selection of jeans for both men's and women's, for brands like J Brand, Diesel, G-Star. Basically this store carries high end urban wear brands.
Their wide selection of G-Star and Diesel should be noted for their men's wear, which sets them apart.
I've also seen them carry real Ice Cream and Bathing Ape stuff here.

Gallery meets fashion boutique at this - one of my fave spots for a truly satisfying browse, a treat of a clothing purchase, or a kick-ass gift for a fashionista or pop culture-keener friend. Check out the installations of vintage levis, vid stations, design-focused lifestyle and decor items, and stand-out books on things like the history of rock tshirts, or photographs of women in the morning. Everything in this store is hot. Except for the cool cool drinks at the adjoining juice bar.
