Steak house in a Historic Building in Markham. A great fine dining place for a special occasion and you don't want to go downtown. Also making this place more cool is that it's like the keg mansion downtown, but it's uniquely its own (not a chain). The food is great, high quality yet good deal compared to other pricey steakhouses downtown.

The atmosphere is very quirky... from the dim lighting, countless nick nacks to the wooden panelling and smell of garlic at the entrance made for an enjoyable and unusual experience at the same time. (Something out of a vampire movie comes to mind.) Also, there are only a few tables which make it intimate and the steaks are amazing.

We love to go to the Keg Mansion...not the absolute best steak in town but it is very tasty and who can argue with the value for that price!

the steak is aged, seasoned, and prepared perfectly. Set in an 1860 home, it definitely has an antique-feel to it that feels more like one's dining room than a restaurant. An award-winning wine list and helpful service makes it a wonderful experience.

Amazing Filet, Lobster, and creme brulee. One of the better meals we've had in Toronto. Good service and nice atmosphere. Prices are high but sooo worth it.

Their steaks are the juiciest i have ever had. Also, you do not go to this restaurant for just the food - you also go for the ambiance.

Old school steak the way it should be. Old men in white jackets that greet you with a handshake and address you as "buddy" Oh ya...and the steak is great!

A nice family night, more upscale than the Keg or Outback, but not over the top. Prices are still within reason.
