Best jazz in Toronto, bottom line. Laid back, eclectic and a comfortable place to have a drink and some good food. I'm a vegetarian and I can always find a good meal at the Rex.

Two words: Kevin Quain. If you ever catch a performance either here or Graffitti's in Kensington Market, you're in for a treat. Nice service, great location, cheap entertainment - it's great.

Make sure to come early if you want a table as there is not a lot of standing room. Cover is usually low and the music is always great!

This place is always an experience. What an upbeat crowd!!! The swing dancing is fabulous and the jazzy rhythms are guaranteed to get you moving. :o)
