The Spadina location is a one-stop shop for a tantalizing picnic spread, lunch to-go, or a no-cook dinner. Substantial salads (goat cheese with walnuts and honey over field greens, potato and green bean with mustard dressing, sesame broccoli, etc.), the upper crust of sandwiches on thuet breads (carmelized onion and beef, smoked salmon, ham and brie, grilled veggie, etc.), decadent pastries, oven fresh quiches and thin crust pizza. Plus a mini gourmet grocery with international specialty foods.

delicious treats both savoury and sweet. She calls herself a food artist and her creations are truly gourmet. It is great if you want small portions.She also serves wine while you shop!
their gourmet meals are to die for. Well not die for, but yummy none the less. They carry a variety of chicken, salmon & vegetarian dishes that will delight all palates. Gourmet mac & cheese and meatloaf are a must when you're feeling a tad homesick... Prices are totally reasonable for any lazy urban professional!
it's a convenient place to drop in on the way home and pick up prepared salads, roasted chicken, etc for those nights when you just don't feel like cooking. also pick up some groceries for those nights when you DO feel like cooking.
