Eggs Benedict

The eggs are poached to perfection and served a top a freshly baked Thuet croissant with flavourful smoked salmon in the middle. Eating this for breakfast while sitting atop their beautiful patio is a wonderful way to start your day. Oh, and one of their superb mojito's doesn't hurt either.

The hollandaise sauce there is second to none. It's got lemon in it and it can't be beat.

The hollondaise sauce is the perfect consistency and they come with the most amazing salad full of fresh herbs...

they will substitute peameal for the real stuff.. only the real stuff..
