great selection, everything i've ever wanted is pretty much available here. i like the way the store is organized as well. concert tickets sell out fast here though!

They have almost any CD you could want. Just ask if you don't see it... it's likely shelved differently than you might expect.

This one time I walked in at 11 (I think) a little tipsy (I know) and had a jolly discussion with the man at the register about the Say Hi To Your Mom disk I was buying. I bought more. Methinks that music purchasing whilst under the influence is a jaunty night out.

Why....cause its not Rotate this. Well thats only one reason - no Badittude, selection is diverse and unique and the staff LOVE music. My first time going to the store was about 5 years ago and got to see Broken Social Scene play an In-store concert. 80 people and a soon to be huge band - it was my go-to store since.

these purveyors of finer CDs and all the tix you'll ever need for local entertainment, have my vote every time. great staff, great vibe, great selection.

i can find everything from indie to classic rock and music mags that feature my favourite rock artists

If you don't know what you feel like buying, they generally have amazing albums on the wall to sample, and fantastic staff picks. It's my favourite thing to do on a Sunday afternoon. As well, unlike Rotate This, you won't be criticized for your purchases when you approach the cash.

I can't say I buy cds often anymore but when I do ... it is usually from here - really good selection of intersting music - not your TOP 40 place!
