Perfect location, always has a nicely balanced selection and comfortable theatres.

always have the best shows that you can't see anywhere else

It's close by and it's not a giant, studio propoganda spewing, commercial behemmoth. Regular sized theatres and not too conspicuous. Plus it shows a nice mix of indie vs. blockbuster picks.

it's not like those gigantic mega-plexes that seem to draw high-schoolers who have nothing better to do than block the doorways.
