i'm cantonese and have eaten dim sum all my life.. i love the dimsum here, their dimsum is prepared with care and you can really see and taste a difference in quality
for authentic dimsum i would recommend restaurants located in the gta
try out their one of their custard buns.. they craft it like a small hedgehog and fry it lightly in oil so that it's crispy on the outside and the little spikes are hard.. it's my fave dish there
