Favourite things at Fresh & Wild

At spadina. There is one near my house in bloor west that has been there for years, but the one on spadina really stepped it up a notch with the crazy gourmet snacks for all meals of the day and its great little eat in area. I work right around the corner and they have free samples from something delicious almost every day!

they have a great selection of organic products

their cappucino is fantastic...and organic! Coupled with one of their asparagus/cheese croissants...the perfect breakfast!

I love the King street location, great food to grab on the go. The coffee is the real thing. The music they play is also so cool

it's a convenient place to drop in on the way home and pick up prepared salads, roasted chicken, etc for those nights when you just don't feel like cooking. also pick up some groceries for those nights when you DO feel like cooking.

they have a great selection of gourmet foods & sauces.. and great montreal bagels to boot!

its a great quality bean and I'd say its most similar to European espresso that i've had in Toronto.

amazing selection of gourmet groceries. Not for the indecisive - you will spend ages trying to choose what kind of olive oil to buy! Kinda light on the cheeses, though.

it just opened and it has really great gourmet food, fresh vegetables and good coffee. It is just what the King & Spadina area needed!

it's a five minute walk from my new condo and they carry great fresh produce.. reasonably priced..organic meat & montreal style bagels. Everything I need to stock my fridge and pantry.. With the exception of lime leaves. Where does one get lime leaves?!?!
