Why We Will Never Go Back! After craving Indian food all day, my friend and I ordered more than 50 dollars worth of food from Biryani House this evening. We called for delivery in the evening, but when the food was eventually delivered it was a MASSIVE disappointment in terms of both quality and portion size. We called back to complain politely and were told that the manager would be contacting us soon. All we wanted was for someone to take responsibility. Eventually, after not hearing back for an hour we called back, and were met with rudeness, hostility and a complete lack of regret. The manager even hung up on us, twice! Finally, after extreme frustration with their attitude, we were forced to contact Visa and ask them to dispute the charge. This was the first and last time we patronize Biryani House.
