Favourite things at BMV Books

This amazing bookshop has the selection of chapters at garage sale prices, is open late, and is just all around fantastic. My favourite place in the city!

The Yonge & Eg is my favourite locations but all the locations are excellent.

The books are sooo cheap!! $4.50 for a softcover book, that is usually priced at $20 - $30!! The staff is very helpful, and they have a wide selection! You'll walk out with a handful of books....guaranteed!!!!

unique selection here , and bought lots of expensive books here for way cheaper prices. there's a nice selection in design books

the book prices are great - way lower than the typical Chapters/Indigo...

finally checked this place out and while you may have to do a bit of searching to find the good stuff, you will be happy when you look at the price! I got a beautiful recent hardback cookbook by a celebrity chef for $19.99, the regular price was like $50. Score!

I get the satisfaction of getting new quality books for cheap without the sketchy used mystery stains and smells attached to the pages. Like any bargin, you have to do a bit of digging. It's not exactly alphabetized. But in the end, I'm happy saving well over $100 for a bag of summer reading paperbacks.

their bargain basement is filled with dollar books, and their regular prices are severely reduced from cover price in most cases. I spend most of my time in their wonderful Science section, contemplating the atom and other small things.

it's an amazingly organized used bookstore that always has "like-new" copies of recent bestsellers at less than half the price.

They have new books at half the price!! Great store located at Yonge and Edward!
